Orphanages
Work with children in group orphanages and homes. Volunteer work
typically involves playing games, arts & crafts, sports, and
teaching English. Available in Ecuador,
Ghana,
India,
Kenya,
Peru,
Nepal, and Vietnam.
You also volunter at a Single
Mother's Home in Thailand and with Social Work with Children programs.
Teaching
Teach English and other subjects at primary schools. No teaching
certificate is required, but native English speakers are preferred.

Nepal,
Peru,
and
Thailand,
and Uganda.
Health Care
Hands-on work at medical clinics and hospitals. Volunteers must
be medical/nursing students or healthcare professionals. Available
in Ecuador,
Ghana,
India,
Kenya,
Nepal,
Peru,
and Uganda.
HIV/AIDS
Advocacy work and clinical work with patients, families, and the
larger community. Available in Ghana,
India,
and Kenya.
Community Development
A variety of volunteer work at local organizations that support
women, children, and micro-enterprises. Available in Ghana
and India.
Sports
Our unique Sports Tours and Coaching Programs Abroad include Coaching football (soccer) in Ghana, and Coaching basketball in Ghana.
Journalism
Intern at Spanish-language daily newspapers and television stations
in the capital city Quito. Available in Ecuador.
We also have journalism internships in Ghana.
