Pre-Trip Checklist for Peru

Required Items
• Fill out Online Application
• Send deposit of $250 USD
• Email Resume
• Book flight / Email us details
• Scanned copy of Passport ID page
• Sign Participant Contract
• Indicate dietary /medical info we should know
• Pay Full Balance of Program Fee

Visa: You do not need a visa for stays of 90 days or less. For longer stays, you will enter Peru without a visa, then we will assist you with obtaining your visa while in Peru.

Medical Volunteers Only
• Doctors and nurses must send us a scanned copy of their medical or nursing license
• Medical and nursing students must send us a letter from their school advisor confirming enrollment status.

• See travel doctor to discuss innoculations / health advice
• Register online with your country's embassy in Peru
• Obtain travel insurance (Scott uses HCC)
