Pre-Trip Checklist for Kenya

 

Required Items
• Fill out Online Application
• Send deposit of $250 USD
• Email Resume
• Book flight / Email us details
• Scanned copy of Passport ID page
• Obtain Visa (either at embassy or at airport in Kenya)
• Sign Participant Contract
• Indicate dietary /medical info we should know
• Pay Full Balance of Program Fee

Medical Volunteers Only
• Doctors and nurses must send us a scanned copy of their medical or nursing license
• Medical and nursing students must send us a letter from their school advisor confirming enrollment status.

Optional / Recommended Items
• See travel doctor to discuss innoculations / health advice
• Register online with your country's embassy in Kenya
