Agriculture Volunteering in India

Through our farming programs in India, our volunteers work closely with agricultural scientists as well as with local farmers to generate and spread land use practices and policies. The goal is ecologically sustainable agriculture and preservation of the environment.

No experience with agriculture is needed, however volunteers with professional or educational background in agricultural sciences would be an added advantage.

When you are not in the field, you can also assist in the offices of these NGO’s, to do things like write and edit reports, generate publicity for the projects, and help with filing.
