Volunteer in Guatemala

Guatemala offers our volunteers the special opportunity to help out local communities while becoming immersed in the culture of Latin America. Our volunteer programs in Guatemala include:

   • Orphanage Volunteering
   • Teaching English
   • Ecology Projects
   • Environment Education

The rural programs take place in San Andres in the northern department (region) of the country.

For urban programs, volunteers work in the city of Antigua, known as one of the most popular places in South America for learning Spanish.

If you are looking to practice and improve your Spanish, you will have plenty of opportunity to do so. You can also take one-on-one Spanish classes either in San Andres or Antigua.
