Teaching English at a School in Bolivia

Our volunteers teach English at schools with students ranging from kindergarten to secondary school, with class sizes ranging from 15-30.

Volunteers typically serve as teaching assistants to the full-time Bolivian teachers. Some of the duties include helping prepare lesson plans and classroom activities, helping students with homework, and assisting teachers during class to teach the material.

Volunteers can also lead students in physical education classes as well as participate in arts and crafts, music, school dances, theater and any other specific area of interest the volunteer wants to share.
